Egg Hunt Adapted Fun with Boardmaker Visuals

Here are 5 easy and quick adapted easter egg hunt activities that you can do with your class with one package of plastic easter eggs!

  1. ADAPTED EGG HUNTS WITH BOARD MAKER VISUALS – using board maker actions. Have students hunt for the eggs, then do the corresponding action to follow! I have a resource that has this activity done for you! Click here if you’d like more information on it.
  2. EGG HUNT WITH LETTERS OR NUMBERS– the same concept as above but with various letters. I like to mix mine up by having a variety of letter combos included. Sometimes I like to add letters that don’t seem to ‘match’ together, to keep my students on their toes!

3. EGG HUNT WITH DIRECTED DRAWINGS- Have students complete a simple drawing on a tracking sheet when they find the egg. Make sure to keep these simple so students can easily complete them all! My students absolutely love this one! Give them a clip board, paper and a pencil and you’ve got a good 30-45 minute activity on your hands.

4. EGG HUNT WITH SIMPLE WORDS– this one is simple. Use any words that you are working on as a class! I like to use the current words that my students are focusing on, but you can change yours to support a theme week, or any other content that you can cross connect to this activity.

5. EGG HUNT WITH ADDITION AND SUBTRACTION SKILLS– use the concepts that you are currently working on to reinforce the skills

I like to do a different adapted egg hunt activity per day to really have fun for an entire week.
